The real trick to custom building trailers is to think “customer” when you think “custom.” Every member of the Titan production team, from the company president to the newest machine operator, is encouraged to be an active part of our improvement process. Changes and new ideas are a normal part of every working day.

To succeed here, you have to be good with your hands, quick on your feet and sharp in your thinking. You have to know what you’re doing; you also have to understand why you’re doing it – for the customer. You have to be ready to step in wherever you’re needed to keep us flexible and responsive to customer needs. And you have to care about delivering the best possible product every time.
